My Thoughts Today

A life less lived
that is mine.
A life no longer loved
that is mine.
No longer viewed through rose coloured glasses
but heard through distorted ears.
No longer life's sweet symphony
but hells' cacophany.
A future I dare not contemplate
but a past I dream of endlessly.
No peace in silence.
No solace in sound.
The cruelest of tortures.
Nowhere to run.
Nowhere to hide.

thats how I feel today, not finished yet but hey.
