My Tinnitus Doubles When I Lie Down

My tinnitus increased only when i lie down when i lie down and when i bite my teeth i can change the pitch.

What does this mean?

FYI: my right jaw clicks when i open my mouth and is not in position.

yep, tmj, i got the clicking too, stress related i bet.
would explain why without any loud noises, my left ear joined the party during a stressful period
