You should be hopeful. This is one area that medical science is advanced in. Most cases are diagnosable and curable.

How are you getting along?

it was discovered I have a unruptured brain aneurysm. It is 1 mm so very small. They want to monitor it in 6 months

Sorry that I couldn't answer all your questions concerning this. My education study in this area is more of blood pressure, hypertension and forms of intracranial hypertension with emphasis on abnormal aortic, heart, ribs, jugular, carotids, eyes and brain matter. I also know about injury to the vertebral artery, but not confident in much of other PT causes. I studied this in college and under a specialized radiologist for 10 years. My family - both sides have a history of this and I'm also a victim.
