Nerve Blocks and Positive Impact on Tinnitus

Just wanted to share my experience. I have been getting nerve blocks for migraines and neck and shoulder pain.

I have noticed that immediately after the shots my tinnitus is through the roof, louder than it has ever been.

Sometime later that day it will go way down, significantly lower than it usually is. It will stay that way for about 4 days before it starts to get slowly louder again.

This has helped me immensely. Just wanted to share in case it could help anyone else.

Lidocaine and something else that is similar to Lidocaine. I can't remember the name of it. I think it would probably work on anyone's tinnitus.

Lidocaine temporary reduces T but some one here mentioned that it is Ototoxic .

They are aiming for all of the areas in which I am sore. The muscles on these areas are overly tense and are overstimulating nerves in these areas which are causing my migraines. It's specific to me. Part of my problem my nerves and muscles. The other is my ear. The block is just local.
