MemberDon't know, but lot of rich ppl have this, actor, singers. I only know they have it now, because I got it. They didn't complain too much about it. Maybe there is a cure/ treatment, we can't afford as yet. William shatter is the only one I see on YouTube open about it.
I find it very strange that no one found some kind of cure. But even if there is a super expensive cure out there that you say, we should have heard of it. Some people would be willing to take massive loans to get hold of a cure.

Yeah I have been taking these pills for two days now.
And no changes to my tinnitus. (yet)
I guess it's too soon to tell if it works or not

There is no supplement in the world that will help with T. Unless one is extremely defficient on some very basic things like Zinc, Magnesium or have some exotic root cause related to metabolism there is absolutely nothing that will work. Is there any supplement that affects hearing? No. Why should it be any different for tinnitus?. Tinnitus is the new normal of your auditory system for lost frequencies, and it can not be changed by supplements.
