I got tinnitus in May of this year (2017) it has been three months of ... I don't know even how to describe it.
The first month I was panicking not knowing what was wrong with me, saw an ENT he said hearing loss and aging it's the cause, then he said those words you don't want to hear " there is no cure for it".
Needless to say I was discouraged.
Most of the time is very loud I can hear it over any noises, and when it's that loud I get kind of headaches the scalp feels tight I feel confused can't concentrate, I feel depressed, I don't know what to do I'm trying to figure out what makes it spike but I can't pinpoint anything yet.
Can anyone give me some advice PLEASE
PS the odd time that it goes down to the level where I'm not aware, even though IT'S THERE
I FEEL I'm LIVING AGAIN
