Ear trauma
I have a pretty big dilemma. I had no problem masking my tinnitus. Lately it has had a mind of its own though. I haven't been sleeping very well for the past 3 weeks.

As of recently, sound enrichment hasn't been working like it used to. I usually have my tinnitus in my right ear and at times left. It does mask some of it but now it doesn't mask all of it and it's very loud. I need sound enrichment or I won't make it.

Any tips on how to mask difficult tinnitus? I've tried several sounds. I really need sleep.

It's probably different for everybody but the only thing that works for me is this, with the orange slider only: https://mynoise.net/NoiseMachines/neuromodulationTonesGenerator.php

And then some noise as well, several good noise variants on the same site.
That's interesting. The orange slider is the famous "@Steve Sequence" :)

I've seen loads of people say they like the neuromodulator, and it works pretty well for me too - and isn't annoying. Glad it's working for you.

I still love the neuromodulator, Stephane at MyNoise made something amazing from that simple sequence.

@Jen10 I just uploaded a couple of new sequences, both 1hr long, have a listen and see if either helps you. If so I can send you the sound files. If not maybe I can make you something if you have any ideas on nice sounds.

I'll check them out thank you so much. I think I know what might be causing it but I'm not sure. I don't want to get personal but it is around that time of the month and I haven't been sleeping. A double whammy

They sound amazing however I have to check it out when I'm going to lay down. You know what, let me set it up and I'm going to lay down and see how it works. The first one sounds lovely.

Try https://tinnitusmix.com -- download and put on loop, play all night every night on Koss KTX-PRO1 or high quality headphones for 3 weeks, it knocks out tinnitus and helps sleep. At first it is harsh but becomes soothing after a few days. It has helped 445 people and many on Tinnitus Talk also.

That Zen Pulses track is one of my daily go-tos. The Corridor one could soon be joining it. Nice work!

Thanks.

I've been working on other music projects but I do plan to put some more music ands sounds up there for tinnitus, plus I have some other tinnitus audio stuff in the pipe line that should launch in a few months at most. I've also got a selection of sounds up on streaming services (artist name is Tinnitus Works).
