I just joined today and have a couple of questions .
1.) My spikes can start if I just " sorta dose " off . Anyone experience that and it that normal ?
2.) Any suggestions on how to slow down a spike ?

Thanks for any and all your help :)

I'm in Nashville my T spikes when I lay back in my recliner and try to nap. I have had T for 10 months I believe T is just nerve damage to the audio nerves or somatic nerves when you put pressure or stress the nerve it causes a spike.

Your welcome You have had T about as long as I have, I am through the rough part I think. Mine comes and goes maybe in the process of habituation just waiting to see. Hopefully you are better now with your T and you have learned to manage it somewhat.

Yes, that used to happen to me, I would dose off cause I would be so tired during the day from lack of sleep. I would wake up with the T spiking. It's pretty common with people with T. It doesn't happen to me anymore when I nap, so it gets better.

I guess your about 7 months into it yea at that point I started feeling a change for the better. We have to understand T habituates at a snails pace but you should take a little leap soon for the better.

When you say comes and goes do you mean certain days there is T and certain days no T at all?
