New Theory of Hearing/Loss/Tinnitus?

Convinced that stress was the common denominator of the factors and events that generated my T, I started investigating the effect of electromagnetic fields caused by cell and smart-phones on my ears. So I shielded my body from electromagnetism as far as this was reasonably possible. I decided to shut down my IPhone, rented an anti-e-smog baldachin shield to cover my bed for three weeks. The results where mixed. Given the high price (min USD 800,00) for the acquisition of one of them, I bought myself the pajama version of the shield (anti-e-smog pajama) to start with, while concentrating on other factors that may exacerbate my T.
 
As much as I like the taste or effect of coffee on my brain cells, the product - though not nearly as bad as back tea - didn't help me sleep. Since a good night sleep is essential for stress reduction, I gave up coffee (and black tea). In the past couple of weeks I've been water fasting 36 hours every week to clear my brain from any toxins that could excite my ear nerves, and to better understand the immediate effects of single food items on my T. I acknowledge positive effects of magnesium and Vitamin B Complex. However, the effects of these supplements remained limited, suggesting I wasn't there yet.
