Hi everyone I have tinnitus since 23 days.

I did a hearing test and that is fine so I still don't why I even have it.

But since the last week my tinnitus had calm down a lot so yesterday I went to a bar with some friends and it was pretty loud I didn't put any ear plugs on.

Now my left was the one that always rang loud and then low while my right ear was just always really low and couldn't barley here the right ear so only my left ear was the problem but now my after the bar scene the next day I got up and my right ear is louder then my left ear.

It spiked up pretty bad I'm so scared because I was getting used to the sound but now this one is just so loud and it's not going down.

Does any buddy think it will stay like this or will it go back the way it was, your thoughts please

No one knows what will happen. Depending on how long you were in the bar and how loud it was, this may be your new normal, or it may reduce back down to baseline. MOST of the time, it will reduce again, but it takes time. The worst thing you can do is panic, so try not to (easier said than done, I know).

Use this as a lesson: buy a couple pairs of earplugs and always keep them handy. I always have a pair in the glove box of my car for unforeseen events.

I've done some loud things as well when I first had T. It spiked LONG but eventually it settled, this is the case for many people, unless you really keep having bad habbits and not protecting your ears.
A spike can be permanent but is -usually- only temporary.(Even though it could last months.)

Try to protect yourself from everything above 80 dB from now on. Especially the first 6 months.

I never go out of the door without my premold plugs in my bag.

It's hard to say. It depends on how loud the bar was and how long you were there for. The duration of the noise exposure matters a lot. I agree with @JurgenG that you should protect your ears for anything 80 db or over. Get some ear plugs and always carry them with you. If you don't have them or don't want to wear them, avoid loud places and loud noises. As an FYI, some places like concerts and night clubs are too loud even with ear plugs.

Hope that your ears calm down for you soon. In the meantime, try taking NAC and magnesium supplements and maybe see an ENT about putting you on a round of steroids ASAP. The sooner the better.

Thanks everyone I just figured that it's not noice induced I didn't think I still had to protect my ears and I stood at the about about 2hrs so far today my left ear seems back to normal but my right ear seems louder now do u guys think that is it's new baseline I hope not

No, that's not certain. It will probably go down, might not return to its original base-line might will. Get Predisone, Magnesium and NAC and stay out of the noise, keep calm as well since it will help as well. Good luck!
