I read many, many success stories during my initial days with ultra high pitch loud T and severe hyperacusis. They kept me feeling hopeful and so help to reduce the severity of my T. After the initial struggle in which I saw nothing but fear and darkness, I turned around slowly and today I live a normal, productive and absolutely enjoyable life. I wrote my success story which lists quite a few strategies. If you like to read it, see the link below. Take good care. God bless.
