Noise Causing Residual Inhibition Adding to My Tinnitus Tones — Musical Ear Syndrome? Palinacousis?

So I've been using a couple different things to try and get my low hum tone to calm down for a bit because it is really getting to me and causing horrible anxiety and suicidality.

I accidentally stumbled on a blood pressure cuff tightening noise helping and then also tried my razor. They do seem to work, but now I'm having those sounds added to my tinnitus tones. Is this Musical Ear Syndrome, Palinacousis or what?

Do these things normally subside? My tinnitus seems to have gone crazy lately with new tones and now this. I didn't even have a typical acoustic trauma. I had a noxacusis worsening from low level noise that has put me in 24/7 hearing protection. Which is also problematic since the residual inhibition devices are causing me some pain.

Hey man, I'm having a similar issue, how are you holding up?

Has constant protection caused you tinnitus sensitivity or worsened your tinnitus?
Some reactivity has come back. For awhile my tinnitus was worse. I can't say that it's the protection or what honestly. Could have been the noxacusis worsening that caused me to have to wear it all the time, could have been OTC meds, could have been lack of eating and stress. Just can't say.

Thank you for your time man.
