I've had tinnitus due to a concert for about a year now (I'd been to many beforehand with no hearing protection like a idiot) and when I came out of the venue my ears felt blocked and tight with a large amount of tinnitus.
Ever since my ears have had tinnitus and occasionally block up for no apparent reason (cars seem to aggravate it) and popping them or attempting to clear them makes no difference. I have got over my tinnitus as horrible as it is but the constant anxiety of whether my ears will block again and when will they unblock really eats at me and my quality of life.
Does anyone know if this can be ETD or tensor tympani syndrome and what remedies are there for it?
