Occasional Humming in the Ear — Occurs After Sleep & Stops If I Open My Mouth or Move My Head

Hi there,

I have been experiencing occasional humming in my left ear that usually occurs when I have been sleeping for a while and stops if I open my mouth or move my head. It's not loud and usually disappears as the day goes on.

I was wondering if there was any feedback you could provide on this?

FYI, I have tinnitus in my right ear as well. It also comes and goes currently throughout the day.
