Might sound weird, but try this:

Watch this video:

1: Get headphones.
2: Hold dominate headphone to one of your ears.
3: Listen to frequencies very quietly.
4: Look for dips as you go.
5: Do the exact same for the other ear.

It finds all missing frequencies. I don't seem to have any personally.

I can hear slightly above 10 kHz on my bad ear, but I have to turn the headphone up. Any frequencies over that are silent to that ear.

None of the hearing tests on the internet can be accurate since they aren't calibrated for your system (whatever computer + operating system + headphones) you run the test on.
When it says 20 dB for you, it may say 45 dB at my house.

Better use apps that are calibrated with hardware, such as Mimi Hearing Test, that is calibrated for the iPhone hardware and Apple ear buds (along with other types of headphones). It's not perfect either since we don't have sound booths at home, but if you try to find a very quiet space for the duration of the test, I find that it gives results that are very similar to what I get at the audiologist (and I've done quite a few!).

It could also be that your headphones don't reproduce high frequencies very well (that is common), but if your other ear can pick them up, then it's not the headphones obviously.

I also had the test done by an audiologist last summer, the results were similar. At home, I used professional Grado studio-quality mastering headphones which are no longer in production. I only did the (bad) right ear.

I have decided not to do any more computer hearing tests, I'm afraid of a spike from the high frequencies. I noticed hearing high pitched sounds for a while after doing the test, which hopefully did not do any damage to my hearing, or increase the tinnitus.

Anyone ever do any hearing tests online and what does it mean if you can hear up to 13ooo Hz... according to this web site... just for fun...

They are useless.

I always thought I could only hear up to 16300 Hz according to online tests, but I just did an audiogram at a research university and apparently and I can hear up to 20000 Hz and have a very good result at this frequency.
