So I'm pretty sure I know what caused my Tinnitus. I pulled a muscle in my neck days prior to the ringing. Pretty bad, It hurt way more then the regular kink in the neck and my neck was rigid for about 3-4 days before I could move it, even after it was still a bit sore. Right now it my neck is pretty tense. I can increase the pitch of my tinnitus when I flex my neck as well... I was wondering what exactly I could hope to do to treat this type of T?

I would try to go and get a massage, see if that helps. Otherwise, they are specialist within TMJ (that is more jaw related) or a physiotherapist.

Yeah I just set an appointment for a 90 minute, got the hot stones too. Was thinking acupuncture as well?? I'm hopeful this will go away because I had my appointment with my ENT yesterday and I have beyond perfect hearing. Really hoping it fades as I heal D:

That's a good start, you'll notice it the T decreases (not just directly after but like over a longer period). Do you grind teeth in your sleep? any soreness over the jaw? if so, go and check with dentist or so, that can also lead to T.
I have perfect hearing too, above average. But since mine is noise-induced, I have hidden hearing loss, probably within the higher frequencies that my ENT don't want to test. She said it was unreliable and that it could change so she didn't want to give me false information. But if you haven't gotten it from any noises, you probably have some sort of muscle related T, or maybe stress?

IM almost positive its related to my neck muscles I can increase the pitch of my T when I flex my neck.. dunno if it means anything. Is this a more likely to heal up?? I'm going nuts.
