My baseline tinnitus, normally very stable, has been acting up since a few days. It became noticeably louder and somehow sharper/shriller.
No noise trauma, no illness, no new medications, nothing.
I've been working a lot in the past weeks. Except for the 3 days of Christmas, I've spent every waking moment either working out or working. It is enjoyable work but it requires constant concentration and thinking.
Do you think this can lead to such an unexplained spike?
