So, it has been a while for me on this forum. I thought I would be able to make it without making any more posts or threads. But, tonight, it's bad. Head-splitting bad. I can't hear myself type and I can barely hear myself think. I just need something, anything to distract me. Please

I have but it just refuses to work. I find that usually ear buds or ear phones will help but I have none with me or anything.

I have an app on my phone and a sound machine, and I've found that rain sounds combined with white noise usually work best for masking my T.

Thank you, I'll try that. Just feel frustrated because it's been quiet for a long-ish time then THIS.
