Physical Tinnitus Treatment

:) Physical tinnitus is complex that may include posture, forward head bending, forceful jaw movements, clenching and infections. For those with physical tinnitus there's tons of specific condition articles. Just another one where a line or two may have some value to someone. http://www.pain-education.com/facial-pain.html

@Deamon22 Focus on correct posture and with that relax your shoulders, keep neck firm with head inline to shoulders. With that you basically just lowering the shoulders. Use proper breathing exercises. Trigger point therapy or chiro muscle treatment with tinnitus should only be done after radiological testing and notation. I think neck manipulation is too dangerous and most neuros would agree.
