Neuronmodulation suggests noise induced?
I didn't know where else to put this but i'm testing quite a few things.
Helps with coping as well.

One of my testing methods involves a non sound related exposure,my T responds to certain frequencies even when i use hearing protection (industrial). It stops for a period of time. However due to the plasticity of the brain and it already tuning a missing frequency might get worse when you feed it the matching frequency and then apply withdrawal by stopping the neural feedback.I made this a theory based on addiction and it's neural withdrawal,i'm pretty positive while having T and feeding it missing frequencies regardless of its volume (DB) makes the brain activity long for that frequency and desperately seeking for that fix.

I think I need you to ellaborate more before I get it. "My T responds to certain frequencies". How does it respond? What devices or things create these frequencies? Talk about the changes that happen.

I'm confused too.
Are you playing the sound you think you have lost through hearing loss, if so how us that not sound exposure?
When I played 'isuppress' in my tones I think my T and H got a lot worse.

Please repeat that and talk to me like I'm 12 years old so I can understand what you're saying. Otherwise I might be inclined to vote that you're bonkers. :D

It would be better to vote bonkers if you never have dealt with addiction before.

Sound is usually tied to Decibel (DB) a frequency can be played at a lower volume. So therefore it's not a theory based on noise induced T .It reacts to a high frequency regardless of its volume,my onset might be due to noise exposure
but that's not the case when i listen to frequencies.

The NeuronModulation music has an array of different frequencies (according to the composer)
and it seems that something in my head responds to it,what i'm trying to find out is can it really be as simple as replacing a missing frequency? and when you do it becoming a risk when it's not a permanent feedback.Like an addiction your brain starts to demand that feedback and therefore could make the T worse.

How does it respond to it? Positively? Negatively? Does your T get better or worse, or just change in some way?

While listening to it it seems to lower its intensity in " tuning " or increasing the intensity to search for a frequency.
My concern is when applying this myself might make my brain more active in tuning when i don't apply the frequencies.

That's the reason why addiction IMO has a similar effect on the brain,it changes things.
I'm glad to have some sort of relief,i'm just worried about a long-term effect of this and this might be helpful
in understanding how Tinnitus (or better said the neural activity) reacts in certain situations

Do you mean you have a history of substance abuse? Or are you just postulating a theory that your mind is addicted to sounds? Or is your personality addictive and compulsive in general? If you don't want, you don't have to share...
