This is seriously annoying, I usually don't notice it because I'm listening to music on headphones or something. But right now my left ear is having this ring every 1 second and I'm in a silent place... But it is only 11PM. It gets worse around 1-2 AM I feel plugged in my ears and i think i hear a lower pitch sound combined witha higher one. Throughout the day I hardly notice it unless I look for it in a quiet place...what should I do? Will it go away?

It sounds like your tinnitus is having a little spike as you say you don't hear it in the day unless you look for it.
Try stay calm and relax and stay positive it will settle down in a day or so.
Be kind to yourself with some nice treats to keep your mood up and reduce any stress and go at your own pace and I'm sure you will do just fine....lots of love glynis

Are you guys sure? It's actualy a low hum combined with some high pitch tones that fade in and out. I remember this happening for some time before, but never been for this long. I'm worried this could be a sign of it getting worse?
