Do you have good posture when you stand and sit? Choose one of the following 4 answers. I am wondering if there is an effect of posture on tinnitus.

You'd need to ask the same question of a group of matched controls without tinnitus, to answer the question you're trying to answer.

My gut feeling is that people in general would say they have "bad posture". We were not designed for couches and desks.

Hmm..it seems like the majority of people have bad posture. Does anyone know good ways of improving posture consistently? I can do it when I think about it but it is usually not on my mind.
