I can have some good days and bad days but I would say in the past few years, when I do have negative emotions, they seem to be stronger at night when I am lying down.

Anyone else have this problem?

I would think most tinnitus sufferers would have this problem... you can keep busy during the day, but when your head hits the pillow, it is hard not to notice the unwelcome sounds inside your head that prevent you from relaxing and falling asleep like you should.

Yes indeed night can be a problem. I practice meditation 10 minutes before bed - just watching the mind without judgement. It seems to help me. Somehow it creates a little "space" in the mind/brain.

You're a cool dude, we just have to be strong.
I didnt finish my post lol. I meant to say"I'm the biggest procrastinator ever. Whenever I catch myself worrying too much. I convince myself that I'll just worry tomorrow.

If you schedule in your worrying, you tend to avoid it. It's kinda like going to the grocery store or doing the dishes.

Sometimes I'm botherd by it. Last night It was because it got worse. Mine get worse everyday. I gave it to God. But last night was a real trip.
