As a former healthcare giver and having worked a crisis hotline I think that it's irresponsible to the well being of others to have a poll that states "I am still".
It is irresponsible to make a post like the one above, if you cherish Free Speech. Nothing good ever came as a result of ignoring reality (that you are advocating above).

How much time did you get to spend in France? It is one of the countries that are safe, scenic, and interesting.

The above seems to imply that you liked Nepal and India more than France. Could it be that this was because you never gave France a chance?

Most beautiful country in the world, is Turkey. Istanbul is more beautiful than Paris by far, possibly Paris is losing its shine...the city is not as clean and beautiful as it once was. It feels too "commercial" for me. The prettiest part of France is southern France along the borders of Monaco and Nice. And yes I gave france a chance :ROFL:

I don't like cities. I had the natural beauty in mind when I talked about France being scenic. It is my understanding that Turkey is also very special, although unfortunately I am not going to be able to ever see it in person.

I don't either, the noise pollution is just too much. I'm going to India next year, pretty sure I'll come back with severe tinnitus :dunno:

@Bill Bauer I did not know that you were the designer of this poll. I had though it was a troll. I have compassionate concerns for those that are "am still". More support besides here, needs to be addressed by doctors and the medical community.

Doctors need to be more responsible - ototoxic drugs are issued to those with tinnitus
Long withdrawals are needed and doctors should be monitoring
Doctors should never tell a patient to "just live with" as this can cause other conditions to develop.
Dentists can be more concerning with tinnitus patients
Some can't afford a professional mouth guard, expensive dental treatment or expensive hearing aides.
Some are not able to travel long distances for medical care. They need more local assistance.
Some with tinnitus/pain severity are crying for help and many professionals and counselors don't have proper tinnitus training and awareness
Patients should be told that hearing protection is needed around loud noise.

Not everyone knows how to research on their own. It's can be especially hard for some with conditions/disease.
Sometimes they don't know which way to turn. (multiple concerns)

I don't know how to answer this because I had suicidal ideation long, long before tinnitus came into the picture. I'd say my life now is better than it was right before I got the ludicrous tinnitus I have now, but, that's not very applicable to anyone else.

Yeah; this poll doesn't seem very useful to me WITHOUT that option, honestly.

I don't like cities.
You and I have our differences, but it sounds like we're 100% aligned on this one :D My life has gotten better in ways I can't really describe since I figured out how to get out of the concrete jungles and spend almost all my time in the woods.

like 90% of what you find on any given random forum for a chronic health condition is "you'll never get better, if you don't build a faraday cage around your bed to eliminate the EMF mind-control that HAARP is beaming down to you and concentrating through all the mercury you got when you were vaccinated!"

The signal:noise ratio of the internet in general is terrible, and that effect gets magnified when you just look at boards for people who are (understandably) in a state of raised anxiety because of a chronic condition.

As an internet professional, I think the whole thing was a mistake and we should admit we were wrong and go back to newspapers and telegraphs ;)
