2. TIN- i (short i as in "in")- tous ( preferred by most people)
3. tin-EAR-tous (one I made up, ha ha!)

Yeah, I go with "Tin-EYE-tous" most of the time.

Regardless of how you pronounce it, it's such a goofy name... half the people I know don't know the difference between it and tendonitis.
