Maybe noise?
So I've supposedly had ETD for 6 months now and when I had pressure in fullness my hearing was muffled, but when i popped my ears it got way better.

But now when I pop my hearing barely gets any better, even though I'm popping them so much, they just feel constantly muffled. Is there any reasoning for this?

I would have your ears checked again.
Our ears are so delicate so I would not over pop them as inflamation to the eustation tubes will cause problems too...lots of love glynis

I went to he ENT a few days ago, he said to keep popping them

I've also been doing the Valsalva maneuver a lot and it's been pushing air out but it just goes back to how it was

Ask your doctor if you can use otovent. It's a nasal balloon used for glued ears. It's sending up air with a lot of pressure for your ears to pop.
