It's very emotional, I've only just found this and she's blowing me away. Very striking and powerful in every way. I just ordered the album, hope it's as good.
I just watched a couple more of her videos on youtube, she is amazing. I had never heard of her until you posted the video, can't figure out why though, what a voice.
I know right, the other one from this live session has over 204 million views, crazy. Another awesome dude i just discovered other day as well Gary Clark Jr.
Music is getting good, i think 2020-2030 is going to be epic.

I started a thread for music but I probably should have just replied to this one. I like a lot of older music from when the electric guitar was worshipped. The hair-band or Spinal Tap era. There was a positive energy and naivete that is really gone today in our post-911 anthropocene extinction malaise.

I didn't realize the Bangels all played instruments. I thought they were strictly vocals. I remember them in that water skiing video.
I was always more of an Expose fan than the Bangels.

I don't 'get' Linkin Park but I like that song. It's a good one when I'm feeling angry and need to vent.
This is my favorite Linkin Park song and possibly the only other song of theirs I know.

It's dark but personally I find that the best way to express my own thoughts and feel better.
Interestingly in Audioslave's - "Show me How to Live" there is a line "To put my mind to bed, this ringing in my head"
And here is one of my own, blues instrumental. Yerrrp, that's probably why I have tinnitus.
