They are both good Michael, but episode two in particular highlights some things that even I didn't know. Our outter ear folds change specific frequencies as a broadband wave hits them, making certain frequencies louder than others. This allows us to directly identify if sound is above or below us. They prove this by putting plasticine in the outter ear and then testing the presenter with a series of claps. Interesting stuff.
