Protective Headphones — What's the Best?

I have some molded -25 db musician plugs...

I also use some pharmacy -33 db (the purple ones) and I put them as far as I can inside my ear, touching the ear drum.

But sometimes, I also need over the ear protection. I already have a pair of those: http://www.vicfirth.com/product/buynow/product.php?button=DB22

Is there any other alternatives? I don't mind the look. Only the protection, and 2nd, the comfort.
