Pulsatile Tinnitus: What Should I Expect at My ENT?

I have my ENT soon and I'm just wondering what to expect. If had this since February now and can't say it's getting any better. I keep getting dizzier and I seem to be sleeping less.

I'm just wondering if there is anything they will be able to do to help me?

Any advice would be great. X

Most likely a hearing test, history and exam of ears, nose and throat. Mine always seems to like making me gag every visit. If your dizzy then he might do some positional maneuvers to check for bppv. I also went in with dizziness so I had to march in place and other things with your eyes closed. You may get a referral for other balance testing because that can take a couple of hours and you have stop caffeine. Mine did nothing for the T though except take note of it. And you may get a referral for MRI.

I went to House Clinic in LA. The ENT took a look at my ears and recommended me to take the SSRI drug. It took 2 hours to drive there and I spent $200 for the consult. That was my experience. I hope your ENT is different.
