Woke up with ringing one morning. I read thru some but can't decide if my sound is vascular or not? It is higher pitch sound and it is in exact match to my pulse. But it's not whoosh whoosh sound though sometimes it sounds more like that when I bent my head down. It is almost lowered or sometimes it becomes tonal eeeee when my head is straight but bent it's louder and goes kind of like a ringing heartbeat sound.
MRI and MRA are negative. The sound vibrates if I stick my finger in my ear. It also vibrates when I walk or run... If I squeeze my neck area, I can make the sound louder....
Does this sound vascular or something is wrong neurologically? Thanks for any insights.
