Well my love affair with cigarettes has come to an end. I want to quit. No I am quitting. I'm on my last pack now. This may sound stupid but..since smoking affects dopamine and quitting smoking will affect that..what will the effect be on my t? I mean everything affects my t. Sugar. Salt. Anyways..I am quitting. I hope the effects are only positive.

Keep us posted, Curious to see if it helps. I started smoking after tinnitus onset, helps me cope with the constant stress from the ringing. I have never needed a crutch in my life but things have changed since tinnitus came around to torment me.

try switching to vaporizers, i did and they work great. They feel the same, they give you a throat hit and you blow vapor out which looks like smoke. No one has died from vaping and its a lot cheaper.

I wouldn't mind trying this but isn't it full of chemicals just like cigs? Is it even proven to be a healthier alternative?

there is a few chemicals, nicotine which is proven to not cause cancer but does increase your heart rate and blood pressure like caffeine. There is also i think 2 other chemicals that they don't really know what the effects are. Its an actual fact that e cigs are at least %99 less harmful than regular cigs, its just they're unsure about that %1

Since i switched to vaping about a year ago I have noticed huge health improvements from no more chest pains, i can breathe a lot better, when i do material arts training i don't choke for hours like i used to + so much more

I smoke ecigs and I use 100% natural VG (Vegetable Glycerine) stay away from PG if you can if you decide to vape. Also try not to chain vape if you switch. My T doesn't seem to spike from it.

I got T, and the same day I stopped. i am very happy that I stopped. i believe it worsenes your T. Stop right away! No more cigs!
