Just listening to this radio programme on Radio 4 (UK station).
In a room devoid of all light and sound, a guest is left alone to reveal their thoughts. Today's guest is the artist Grayson Perry and the first thing he talked about was how much he noticed his tinnitus (he wears hearing aids normally, which I didn't know) and it dominated his initial thoughts in the chamber. I wonder how many of the other guests will notice existing or 'new' tinnitus. He didn't seem worried by it, more interested.
Not sure which Forum to put this in, but for me it was kind of supportive as it's another person who is dealing with tinnitus and is ok with it.
I think it's on every day at least for this week and you can listen to it on BBC iPlayer if you miss it and would like to hear it.
