Tinnitus Since
10/2016
Cause of Tinnitus
No idea
The ringing in my right ear started in 10/2016 and it hasn't stopped ever since.

I guess because I have got used to it I don't hear it at times but it's always there & it's loud.

I've lost hearing because of the high pitch ringing.

It's painful at times, and gives me headaches.

I just need to know if there's anything that would help??

@LyricL Hello - A good start of information, but we would need a bit more for any possible physical reason.

Any past infections or illness. Any conditions that you may have. Any discomfort anyplace from shoulders up - eyes, jaw, nose, neck, muscles, face, mouth, ears.
Have you ever had a neck or head injury.
Do you have good posture.
Do you clench your teeth. How is your dental.
Are you young, middle age or older.

For coping there's many here that can help.
Assistance may take a day or two.

It's the other way around: your hearing loss triggered T. At least, that's what the state of the art science believes.

It depends what the root cause is.
Work with your docs on following the diagnosis flowchart.

In the meantime, "stuff that helps" depends on you: you already say you don't hear it at times, so when does it bother you?

Welcome to the forum. You have received great advice from my fellow posters above. Just wondering if you are using some sound enrichment or masking?
