Scam?: Silencis Pro

@Larry Gilbert... if you put Silencis Pro in the search bar top right of the TinnitusTalk webpage you will find lots of threads going back a few years. Seems it's yet more 'Snake Oil'

The search goes on... but it's never going to be simple and probably not for many years to come.
Hope today is a peaceful one for you...

Jim Sweitzer, I'd say that they are a scam and not a very original one. They posted a picture of someone they claim is their head researcher and that picture is actually clip art that they took from another site.

Their whole schtik is claiming that tinnitus is caused by a nutritional deficiency and they want you to pay almost $70 for a bottle of their product.

You know how we are... fall for all the scams out of desperation! I'm on my 6th week of Silencis Pro; if anything my tinnitus has gotten louder.

Companies like them prey on vulnerable people that are suffering, desperate and are at the "I'll try almost anything" point. The fact that if anything your tinnitus got louder ought to tell you something. The link that @fixedgear808 provided is worth taking the time to read for anyone considering purchasing it.

The only thing they really want to accomplish is to separate a lot of people from some of their money.

Save your money. Better off buying your own supplements separately and experiment. Who really knows what is really inside these scam products. Here in Canada... my local paper that I buy everyday... has a dedicated full page ad that is always in the paper. Called Ear Tone. Another scam... but I guess they are making money from many desperate people looking for relief in order for the company to keep paying for a full page ad in the paper everyday.
