Shamrock Shakes

In honor of St. Patrick's Day, I am posting the ingredients and calories of a McDonald's famous Shamrock Shake. I wonder if St. Patrick would be proud? (My guess, probabally not!)

LOL, I have to confess I had one of these a few weeks back. I love mint. I was so surprised that they had them up here in Anchorage.

Damn. The calories in that is insane. But looks pretty ok.

I wouldn't mind trying it out, if it were available here...
