Should I Mention Tinnitus to New Employer?

I would only mention it if the T is impacting your job performance or you may be put in situations on the job that will require you to wear earplugs or not participate in an activity because of the noise levels. Otherwise, it's no one else's business and frankly a lot of people may not be so understanding.
