Very very interesting. I was on Dexamethasone and Betahistine for 10 days, had to take one in the morning and one in the evening - with food, so no possibility of fasting. Had my last morning pill last morning, so just the one at night now. Immediately went for a full day of fasting, let's see what that does.

The whole food thing is just so undervalued. I think I might go no-sugar and see what it does. Can't hurt anyway.
