Anxiety?
Hi, all!

TL;DR: Sometimes when I swallow, I get a single click/pop in my left ear about 4-8 seconds later. No pain or pressure; absolutely not triggered by noise; according to tests I have perfect hearing. What it really sounds/feels like it an air bubble moving up and then coming out of my ear, but there's no wax so what could it really be interacting with?

Possible TTTS? If so, I know for sure it was caused by anxiety. Can TTTS go away if anxiety is addressed?

Any update on this? My ears are clicking when I swallow. It's very disruptive and anxiety provoking.

My ears have always clicked when swallowing, even before my ear troubles. I don't know that it is an unusual feature of our bodies. When swallowing, there's a sudden pressure change (equalization) that happens in an area that is extremely sensitive to those changes (our ear drum can detect the tiniest amount of pressure change).

Mine click as well. But I don't recall if they clicked prior to tinnitus.
