I developed this curse in 2015 had the breakdown now just learning to put up with my left ear in the early hrs. Empathic, yes! sure 'am'. Jules. X

You have done well getting through a breakdown and I know tinnitus and its unwanted emotions and lack of sleep can be hard to deal with at first.
We are here around the clock to support you so keep posting for support and as @billie48 says post as much info as you can so we know whats been done etc...lots of love glynis

Well, Sleepless in Wolverhampton, welcome.
Do give more detail so folk can relate and advise.
Just to say I was born and bred in Sedgley....which you will no doubt know....and spent my constructive (or should that be Destructive years as a frequent visitor to the Mander Centre and the baths in Chapel Ash. 'Tis a small world.
