I'm at about the 5 month point in this journey and I've had a couple of important steps in the right direction. I started seeing a gonstead chiropractor a couple of weeks ago and he has been working to fix some biomechanical issues with my neck and lower back as well as realign my jaw. This has really helped with sleep and I think it might be helping with the ear pain. I also finally stopped using caffeine. This was very difficult as you all know if you aren't sleeping well it's the easiest way to jolt yourself up in the morning. I've noticed a significant drop in my high frequency t over the last couple of days I hope this continues!
