Hey guys,

It's been a few months since I've posted on here! If you look through my most recent posts, you'll see I suffered from spikes a few months ago. I just wanted to check back in and let you know that the spike is gone, either I got used to the new noise, or it left, at this point I don't know/care. :)

I know spikes are difficult and very debilitating, but from my experience, and from other people's experiences, they do get better in time. I'm back in a good place with my tinnitus, happily living with it. I hope this helps someone who's going through a spike right now, because I know I searched long and hard for posts of people who's spikes got better.

Hope you guys are all doing well. :)

Thanks for getting back to share your positive update. Spikes are quite common in this T journey. They can be considered setbacks if we sink back to the mental black hole every time. It is best to mentally budget that they will come and go most of the time so that we don't end up stressing out too much to risk aggravating it more. Wish you well with your T journey @theekarwash.

Yes, the T spikes can be a very dark place if you let it.

I'm having a spike today although I had an almost no T day over the weekend when I had a little beer hangover. -- Go figure. My occasional hangovers now have a silver lining!
