Hi,
3 days ago I was at the hospital for a moment on a control visit (not related to T) and we went towards the surgery room, then i took off my earplugs because I was talking with my doctor. Everything was fine but then... some other doctors appeared with other patient and started to do something. I continued conversation with my doctor when they STARTED TO THROW SOME VERY LOUD THINGS EVERYWHERE NEAR ME. There were 3 loud noises with my left ear directed towards them, i started to panic and put on my earplugs again. They asked me what's wrong with me and after i explained the situation the doctor apologized me for this that he was so sorry.
But it can't change anything...
It was small closed room and the noise was for sure above 100dB, it was metal plates or something. I didn't see what it was, i was seriously in panic. After everything i thought that everything is going to be ok but at home when i took off my earplugs i started to feel new sound in my left ear (but it sounds familiar, could be before but mild), my T spiked in both ears but more at left (left was always mild, now it's louder than right...) and i have that ear fullness sensation in my left ear.
I'm on prednisone 50mg/day, AED Vitamins and Magnesium. Can I do something more?
I was having a little cold/runny nose at the time and still have a little infection in left ear but GP didn't see anything special, i'll try to take a visit with ENT this week ASAP.
I would add that ear fullness sensation seems to disappear when i cover myself with sound, when i'm in quiet environment it's here. Maybe it's a T sound that do that effect? It's not a simple ringing, it's something strange. It's like he is touching my ear but not simple vibrate (but i think it's also there). Strange feeling.
