I have had similar spike in last 6-7 years and they all subsidesd .

Yes , I remember I had New tones . Just with time it will subside and you won't even know it subsided ! Meanwhile , take this as a learning lesson ( like I did ) and don't go to loud events where music is being played .
Next time who knows what if you are drunk and stay on dance floor for 3-4 hours . Rather you just don't go .
Last time I went for a wedding , I stepped out as soon as music started and didn't go back in .

God guys, this morning is awful. I have woken up shaking and trembling, feeling sick and dizzy and all I can hear and focus on is this noise inside my head. Went out for a walk and a drive with my mother in law. Can't focus on anything. Feel sick. Can't sit still. Can't relax. Doom and gloom flooding my mind.

Supposed to be getting narried on Saturday! Wtf is happening to me!

I am more boring than you, Sean. The loudest place I go to is a supermarket. Those metal shopping carts are nemeses.

I know last time I was lecturing you on being introvert but introvert doesn't mean bad at all. My mom doesn't go out except super market or family friends house.

Get maybe anxiety meds ONLY for short term.
What's your plan to avoid loud noises on your wedding day? I am sure you will stay away from dance floor. I wish you all the best.
