Hey everyone,

I would like to talk about spikes. How do you know it's just a spike or if it's permanent?

Because what happened for me was that for a week it was terrible. I just couldn't handle the noise and I was a wreck, then I adjusted. I got used to it and it went back to basic and manageable. Now it's back to loud as hell and I think it's because of loud noise.

I'm hoping if I'm careful with noise again it will quiet down. My biggest fear is going deaf, which i know won't happen.

But like, what if it does, what if the tinnitus gets so loud its deafening. Feel free to share your thoughts:)(y)

Definitely protect your ears from loud noises if possible...I don't think you can go deaf from T it's nerve damage...
do you have any tips on how i should protect my ears at school? i feel like it's weird to wear earplugs to school, there has to be like a little device or something idk idk
