So I took test with ear puss and got results, turns out i have staphylococcus aureus and I dont want my T to get worse due to medication (clarithomycin messed me up a bit but its better after month and a half). Funnily enough that stap infection is in my other ear (not the one that had originally middle/external infection)

S means its susceptible to that antiobotic. I'm not so keen on quinolone family as staph develops resistance very fast so Im mostly left with "micin/mycin" family :(
Not sure if im lucky enough and oxacillin/benzylpenicillin will be effective.
I dont even know if higher or lower number is better :/

Which antibiotic (oral/ear drops) would you recommend? Ear drum is perfect as far as exam under microscope says.

I am neither an ENT nor an infectious disease specialist - but strictly from a tinnitus standpoint, depending on sensitivities I would be OK with any oral antibiotic except azithromycin and any of the currently available antibiotic eardrop preparations. That said, it is far to leave important decisions like these to your own doctors rather than to defer to somebody like me who doesn't know your medical history and who has never examined you.
