Starting to Develop Vertigo After an Acoustic Trauma Caused by MRI

I think I might be having my first mild vertigo attacks. I would be sitting on my chair and all of a sudden the room would start spinning, albeit very slowly, but I still can see it's not still.

All the doctors I saw promised me I didn't have ear damage, but I think that's not the case.

How long does it take for vertigo to settle in after acoustic trauma? My tinnitus started January 4, first vertigo attack was yesterday.
 
I'm sorry that happened to you. From my personal experience, I had vertigo for about 1.5 weeks which started about 4 weeks after an acoustic trauma. I think it really depends on what is causing the vertigo through. You may benefit from a VNG test which tests your balance, but if they try to blow air into your ears as part of the test, refuse that. It is loud and could possibly worsen your T.
