So stem cells are the only treatment other than FX-322 with actual effects on tinnitus volume? Doesn't that support the hypothesis that the stem cells actually do travel to the cochlea and differentiate into hair cells, rather than just their secretomes being used for healing (which tbh sounds farfetched)?

It is quite common for hyperacusis to go away but to be left with tinnitus. I'm not going to get the treatment that you got with Anova but maybe another exosome treatment in the future will have higher doses and have umbilical cord sourced cells.

That could be very good. Almost seems necessary. Almost every preclinical trial for various drugs involved injections right into the cochlea. Lots of stuff helped.

The exosomes that I receive are derived from umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells. I can get the cells themselves, too, but cell therapy is riskier (and the cells will likely not cross the round window if injected intratympanically).

I'll reiterate the same thing I have posted before: intratympanic high concentration exosomes have not been beneficial to two recipients, even with repeated dosing.

Nothing new. I'll be doing some other stuff, I have already done progenitor cell activation (adapted Frequency Therapeutics intratympanic formulation, slow release BDNF coming soon).

Thanks. It is not publicly available, this is my own making, in a laboratory.

And yes, it is an intratympanic injection, injected cold, it gels when it reaches body temperature, hence the slow release.

Modified FX-322 was not a miracle, maybe slight benefit to one ultra high frequency, also some slight damage to lower frequencies (damage does not show up on an audiogram as it's below the 5 dB step threshold).

FX-322 and FX-345 are very hypertonic and they also contain DMSO to dissolve the GSK3 inhibitor, both of these things can cause damage, so it is not unexpected.
