Stem Cell Transplant Treatment as a Reboot

WTF is the "male shot" is it just an overpriced trimix injection? Really seems to lose credibility if that's the kind of thing they are peddling.

Its for woman too. Trimix doesnt work on women. It must be something else that they are peddling.

Whats funny is that I would fork over serious sums of cash if they had something that worked on hearing loss. I'm pretty sure I'm not alone. Put me on a payment plan. Anything. There is a huge market there, but maybe not as big as the "male shot", but they are only getting 1500 bucks for that.

I know this is quite off topic but a local woman dying of some sort of auto immune disease just done a big fund raiser to get money together to receive a Stemcell treatment in the U.S I believe?Anyway she's back and she's cured or as it seems at the moment at least. Her hearing was affected but she's reporting improvements there also so it's quite exciting.I know Stemcell has a good track record with auto immune disorders but still it's quite impressive.

Are you saying that her hearing got better because of the stem cell treatment?

It would be very interesting to know how T has evolued with people with T who have been through bone marrow or cord blood transplant for any (other) medical purpose.
There must be a few ones in TT forum in this case.

I wonder if there are Facebook groups of people going through stem cell therapy? If so, could be really interesting to join those groups and ask if anyone had T improve as a beneficial side effect of the primary reason for undergoing stem cell therapy.

No different woman Lymebite, the woman I'm talking about has been over and treated and is doing fine now, well better than she was but I'm not fully upto speed on her current situation. When is this article from?Is this recent? If so that's yet another Irish person going over seas for Stemcell treatment.

Edit:Just seen the date,I'm shocked I didn't hear more about this? But there's always some fundraiser going on here for someone or something so I shouldn't be surprised.

Holy cow!! Why is this not all over the news? That's incredible. Basically like us getting a certain % of hearing back, I don't need all of it. Juuuust enough.

It seems you always need to seek out the good news by searching for yourself. They rather fill the regular news with wars, economic issues, disaster, violence and generally bad news. The main reason I don't usually watch the news, as it will often leave you with more depressed feelings than when you started watching. And that in turn is bad for T.

These developments are the things we would want to hear about instead!

That was my thought too. That's optimistic.
But often with news like this there are facts that dampens the euphoria. That's pessimistic.
This is what the actor that played Superman, was convinced would happen in his live time?
Unfortunately it didn't.
But perhaps science is really a lot closer now.

I heard good things about this place (San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico), they do not treat the ear directly for T and also said they do not seen much success in that area as it's usually one of the last places to heal (unless your body is already in excellent condition). They said they have seen a lot of success in regeneration of neurons in the brain - added to this thread because I consider this more of a "reboot".
