- Permanent/Highly intrusive since 2017.
- Cause of Tinnitus
- Noise Over Exposure. Worsened by ototoxic Street Drugs/Meds.
I find it strange that both of my ears started ringing at the same time and get progressively worse simultaneously.
I would think that the amount of cumulative damage over the years was at least slightly different in each ear.
My tinnitus came on equally in both ears out of nowhere - and gets progressively worse equally.
Such a baffling affliction.
One thing I have learned from my own experience is that once you get tinnitus for whatever reason - your ears are now compromised and the door has been opened for everything to make it worse.
For instance - if you clearly got tinnitus from firearms - well now even ibuprofen or an ear infection can make it worse permanently.
What an insidious affliction.
